PARTY IN THE PARK 2020
It is with great regret that the Council has made the decision
that due to the COVID-19 virus and current government guidelines, this year’s
Party in the Park has had to be
cancelled. The members and staff are disappointed that the event has been cancelled, but obviously as there is no way of knowing when life will return to normal it was felt that this is the proper decision to make during these difficult times.
Please feel free to spread the word!
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXTRA SUPPORT
The Welsh Government via the GPs has compiled a list of people who the GPs consider are "vulnerable " i.e. those who are over 70 and those who have certain medical conditions. These people have received a letter from Welsh Government entitling them to additional support.
Unfortunately there are many people who feel that they should be in that category but have not had the letter.
If you feel that you are one of these people then you must contact your GP who is able to refer you to Welsh Government.
YOU CANNOT DO THIS DIRECTLY
